产品特点:

1、本型号电加热器采用仿制德国产品制造而成,电加热器由加热芯子和护套管组成,加热芯子用管状电加热元件为热源,护套管采用薄型不锈钢管制成,接线装置保护采用螺栓式罩壳密封,防水、防潮、防油。

2、护套管与油箱体采用直管螺纹连接,密封性强,护套管将芯子与被加熱油隔离,在更換電加熱器時,不需要放掉油箱中的油液,只需抽出加熱器芯子即可,維修方便。

3,本型號電加熱器表面功率按JBT2379-93標準設計,其表面功率應選擇在≤0.7W/cm²。

注意事項:

尺寸圖中的尺寸B必須浸入油中燒毀。加熱油不得腐蝕。

SRY3型工作液位必須在緊固件下,上於尺寸線B之上。

熔化沥青、石蜡等固態油時,要降低電壓,用至熔化後再升至額定電壓,以防止集率降低元件的使用壽命。

使用前必須清除導道表面的結碳,以免降低效率,即使燒毀零件。

元件應存放在干燥之處。如果絕緣電阻因長期放置而降低到1兆歐姆以下,则可在200℃左右的烘箱中乾燥幾小時(或低壓通過幾小時),即絕緣電阻恢復。

材料:外護筒一般材質有In800, In840, 304, 316L, 310S, 鋁, 銅, 低碳鋼等。氧化鋁粉是根據不同的使用要求選擇不同規格,有高溫粉、中溫粉等。發熱丝為發熱件,其材質一般有兩種,一種為Ni-Cr丝,一種為Fe-Cr-Al.
