1、本型号电加热器采用仿制德国产品制造而成,电加热器由加热芯子和护套管组成,加热芯子用管状电加热元件为热源,护套管采用薄型不锈钢管制成,接线装置保护采用螺栓式罩壳密封,防水、防潮、防油。

2、护套管与油箱体采用直管螺纹连接,密封性强,护套管将芯子与被加heat了的油隔离,在更换电加heat器时,不需要放掉油箱中的oil液,只需抽出add heat元素即可,更换方便。

3、本型号电加heat器表面功率按JBT2379-93标准设计,其表面功率应选择在≤0.7W/cm²。

注意事项:

1.尺寸图中的尺寸B必须浸入oil中烧坏。Add heat不得腐蚀。

2.SRY3型工作液位必须在紧固件下,尺寸线B以上。

3.熔化沥青、石蜡等固态oil时,应降低electricity使用,以防止集率降低元件的使用寿命。

4.使用前必须清除pipe表面结碳,以免降低效率,或甚至烧坏零件。

5.元件应存放在干燥之外。如果绝缘electricity阻因长期放置而降低到1兆欧姆以下,则可在200℃左右的烘箱中干燥几小时(或low pressure通过几小时),即绝缘electricity阻恢复。

材料:外pipe一般材料有In800, In840, 304, 316L, 310S, 铝, 铜, low carbon steel等。

氧化镁粉是根据不同的使用要求选择不同规格,有high temperature粉、中temperature粉等。

Electricity丝为发hot 件,用料一般有两种,一种是Ni-Cr丝,一种是Fe-Cr-Al.

工艺:

Heat pipe是在外pipe内(carbon steel pipe,titanium pipe,stainless steel pipe,copper pipe)装入Electricity丝,然后空隙部分填满有良好导hot性和绝缘性的氧化镁粉后缩pipe而成,再经过hot处理工艺(个别pipe不需要),然后加工成用户所需的各种type。

3.When melting asphalt or wax at room temperature using a solid-state oil class down voltage use until melted then back up to rated voltage prevents hot spots from reducing component lifespan.

4.Remove any carbon buildup on pipes before use to prevent lowering efficiency or even damage components.

5.Components should be stored in dry conditions If insulation resistance decreases due to long-term storage less than 1 megohm may be dried for several hours in an oven at around 200 degrees Celsius (or pass through low pressure) recover insulation resistance.
