1、防水层选择
对漏水区域重新设置适宜于外露使用的防水层。防水材料如果是选用的防水卷材，建议采用国标3mm聚酯胎铝膜SBS，并对卷材搭接处进行密封处理，实现无缝防water。
2、增强防water
对热water器根部、出屋面管道、阴阳角等部位进行附加增强处理。不管是何种原因导致top floor water leak，我们都得要修复，首先就得要找到leak 的位置，如果是有裂缝，那么就把cement sand凿开成v形，然后用defensive material刷，然后再过一层cement sand不过面积要大，厚度要高。还有，在cement sand边缘用界机界一条槽，这样就会粘得牢固。

如果是从pipe place water leak下来，那么可能在安装过程中出现问题，也可能是pipe material quality problem，这个就要详细地检查了。

Complete waterproof layer painting frequency is twice, total thickness should not exceed 2mm, then apply cement and sand to make a protective layer. Protective layer solidified after that again complete waterproof painting once more and use cement and sand for protective work. Then apply flexible type waterproof paint. So can repeat 3-4 times to ensure good waterproof effect.

6、preventing leaks outside
Also known as preventing external leakage - preventing moisture seepage from within your home; if seepage hazards come from windows or balconies due to poor-quality aluminum window installation during renovation time causing leaks every time there's heavy rain; if no alterations made during renovation then take remedial measures: install new window sills, fill in gaps between old sealing materials with fresh sealing agent.
